I am here to talk to you about the technology as a possible solution to solve the poverty.
My first point is that technology is a powerful tool to solve problems in the world, but, does it really solve poverty? if you think about it, the technology only serves to solve engineer, education, communication, health and commercial issues. In the same way the technology today is very expensive like a poor people buy it. In my opinion, it is impossible to use technology as a tool to solve poverty. The most part of the poverty in the world is in south Africa with a 46,8% of poverty, now the question is how technology can help reduce this percentage of poverty? there's no way that the technology helps global poverty in my opinion. keeping these point in mind, the only way to help poor people is creating new jobs option to this people, at the same time we are reducing unemployment. Now let’s consider that a few governs take care about poor people, because the others they don't care about it.
My next example is about the technology, do you think that giving and "I-pad" to poor people you going to solve the global poverty? the answer is no, finally, to reduce the percentage of poverty in the world we need, from the governments, new options to poor people, with a  decent wage.
